ALEXANDRIA SHIPYARD CO. & TKMS
MEKO A-200EN FRIGATE
SCOPE: ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS INSTALLATION

We are honored to contribute to the prestigious MEKO A-200EN Frigate program by delivering comprehensive electrical installation works, including:

Cable Tray Systems – Welding and modular solutions tailored for flexibility, durability, and quick installation.
Cable Installation – Routing and termination of power, distribution, and instrumentation cables.
Equipment Mounting – Using both standard and modular supports to ensure reliability.
Cable Penetrations – Watertight and fireproof solutions using compound and Roxtec systems.

This project showcases our trusted partnership with Alexandria Shipyard in supporting advanced naval defense programs.

INTERNATIONAL TECHNOLOGY FOR CHEMICAL INDUSTRIES
PACIFICAT CLASS SERRIES FERRIES (QTY. 3)
SCOPE: ELECTRICAL DISMANTLING & CABLES REMOVAL

As part of vessel decommissioning and preparation for scrapping, we are executing specialized electrical dismantling works for three Pacificat Class ferries located at Idku and Abuqir ports. Our scope includes:

Systematic dismantling of electrical equipment, panels, and associated components.
Safe disconnection and removal of power, control, and instrumentation systems.
Cable pulling and segregation of all electrical cabling networks.
Supervision of dismantling and handling of main engines, gearboxes, water jets, and their associated accessories through to final handover to their buyers.
Material handling, sorting, and preparation for disposal or recycling in compliance with environmental and safety standards.

This project highlights our capability in handling large-scale decommissioning activities with a structured, safety-driven approach, ensuring efficiency while preserving environmental compliance.

KNOX-CLASS FRIGATE – ENS DUMYAT
SCOPE: FULL VESSEL SCRAPPING & DEMOLITION

Following the official decommissioning and acquisition of ENS Dumyat, we are undertaking a complete vessel scrapping project covering all onboard systems and structural elements. Our scope includes:

Full dismantling of mechanical, electrical, and auxiliary systems.
Removal of all cabling, switchboards, and electrical infrastructure.
Structural cutting and segmentation of the vessel in accordance with approved dismantling procedures.
Handling, classification, and disposal of scrap materials with adherence to environmental regulations and industry best practices.
Implementation of strict safety protocols throughout all demolition phases.

This project demonstrates our end-to-end capabilities in ship recycling and heavy industrial dismantling, reinforcing our position as a reliable partner in complex maritime decommissioning operations.

ALEXANDRIA SHIPYARD CO.
GOWIND 2500 CORVETTES (QTY. 3)
SCOPE: ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS INSTALLATION

We successfully executed the full scope of electrical systems installation for three GOWIND 2500 corvettes, including cable tray supports, equipment mounting, cable routing and terminations, and specialized watertight/fireproof penetration systems.

This project was carried out under the direct supervision of Naval Group and in full compliance with the Naval Group Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct.

Our work contributed directly to the delivery of state-of-the-art naval vessels now in active service, strengthening our reputation for reliability in mission-critical projects.

NAMMA SHIPPING LINES
M/V MAHABBAH
SCOPE: Accommodation Total refurbishing

We completed a turnkey refurbishment of all accommodation areas on board M/V Mahabbah, including:

Complete demolition and renewal of cabins, corridors, and service spaces.
Supply and installation of new wall panels, insulation, doors, and windows.
Outfitting with modern lighting, electrical systems, galley equipment, and cabin/bathroom furniture.

This project highlights our expertise in large-scale interior refurbishments, combining functionality with modern standards of comfort and safety.

UNITED SHIPMANAGEMENT S.A.
1600DWT BUNKERS (QTY. 2)
SCOPE: NEW BUILDING SUPERVISION

Acting as Owner’s Representative, we provided end-to-end newbuilding supervision for two bunker tankers (M/T CPC IV & M/T CPC V), including:

Design review and coordination between Owner, Shipyard, and Class.
Supervision of construction at CZS Shipyard in China.
Attendance at systems tests, HAT & SAT trials.
Weekly progress reporting through to successful delivery.

Our role ensured the vessels were built to specification, delivered on schedule, and fully compliant with class and regulatory standards.

M/V Al-Hurreya 3
SCOPE: RORO Hydraulic Systems Repair & MODIFICATIONS

We managed and supervised a major upgrade project for the M/V Al-Hurreya 3, which included:

Supply of all necessary modification equipment and materials.
Electrical modifications and outfitting installations.
Supervision and project management at Alexandria Shipyard.
Acting as the vital link between ATH. Kopoukis STAD and Alexandria Shipyard Co. to ensure smooth project execution.

This project underscores our ability to deliver both technical expertise and project leadership in complex ship repair and modification works.
