Following our participation in building 3x Gowind 2500 multi-mission corvette as a subcontractor for ASY, our work was met favorably by our Customers ASY, Naval Group
and the End User “Egyptian Navy”.
FMT is colaborating with Alexandria Shipyard again to participate in building the fourth Meko A-200 EN Frigate for the Egyptian Navy, in the scope of Electrical Cables Cutting,
Laying, Labeling and Penetration Sealing (Modular System – Compound
System) for all electrical systems.

Throughout the past 15 years, we have worked successfully with Ath. Kopoukis STAD. on many projects, and the latest will be the Ramps Modifications of M/V “AL HURREYA 3”, in undertaking and supervising the complete process of supplying materials, design, and documentation, as a turn-key delivered project, after the ship had been held ashore for many years due to multiple mishaps. As FMT, we will coordinate and work together with Greek, EU and Egyptian suppliers, in what we hope to develop into a fruitful cooperation with Alexandria Shipyard Co.

Today 6th of January 2021, Alexandria Shipyard Company celebrates the handover of the corvette "Port Said" (ENS 976) as the first Egyptian "Gowind" corvette that will join the service with the Egyptian naval fleet to carry out its combat missions.
And FMT Family is proud for being one of the contractors that helped building a warship that is built with 100% Egyptian capacity.

On 14th of Oct. 2020, following ALexandria Shipyard Co. Contract with FMT for Electrical Cables Cutting,
Laying, Labeling and Penetration Sealing (Modular System – Compound
System) for all electrical systems including the Valves Control System (SNEF), for "ENS PORTSAID" and "ENS ELMOEZ", the same scope for the 4th Corvette "ENS ELISMAILIA" has been assigned to FMT by ASY.

On May 12, 2020 Alexandria Shipyard has launched the fourth and last Gowind 2500 multi-mission corvette of the Egyptian Navy, "ENS ELISMAILIA" (986), during a ceremony at its facility in Alexandria, Egypt.

Laying, Labeling and Penetration Sealing (Modular System – Compound
System) for all electrical systems including the Valves Control System (SNEF).
